Our physician is a USCIS certified Civil Surgeon and therefore performs USCIS Immigration physicals and vaccinations.
NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY! You never have to worry about calling ahead for an appointment. We are also open on Saturdays
Documents to bring for your appointment:
- Picture identification such as Passport or other Federally approved documentation
- Up-to-date immunization records (translated to English if applicable)

Monday through Friday: 9 am until 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 am until 3.00 p.m.
